For owners commissioning a new explorer yacht, our project management team provides independent oversight throughout the entire build process. We work alongside naval architects, designers, and shipyards to ensure the owner’s vision is realised on time, on specification, and with full accountability.
Having supervised the construction of several explorer yachts, we understand the decisions that affect long-term operability — and we advocate for the owner at every stage.
Build Phases
Phase 01: Specification & Design
Independent review of naval architecture, GA layouts, and equipment specifications against real-world operational requirements.
Phase 02: Build Supervision
On-site project management, quality assurance, milestone tracking, and regular progress reporting to the owner.
Phase 03: Sea Trials & Delivery
Commissioning oversight, sea trial management, snagging, and coordination of the handover from shipyard to operational status.
Phase 04: Operational Transition
Crew onboarding, system familiarisation, maintenance programme setup, and full transition into ongoing management.
